Depression is very common in human beings. One can have depression anytime for anything as it is a disorder cause by stress. Depression always happens when your mood is off because when your mood is off it reflects your behavior, feelings and thoughts. The main causes of depression are anxiety, tension, stress and in some case drug addiction. The main symptoms include sadness, sense of loss, energy loss, restless and loss of appetite. Depression can be dangerous if you don’t treat it on time, so it is very important to control your depression. Ayurvedic remedies can be very helpful in case you have depression.
You can use cardamom seeds as a controller of depression as it can help in balancing your inner body. First you have made powder from cardamom seeds by crushing them and then add ½ teaspoon of the powder to 1 glass of water and mix well. Drink 1 glass of the mixture every day.
Cashew Nuts and Milk:
You can make these two as a controller diet of depression. First you need to make powder of the cashew nuts and add 1 teaspoon of that powder to 1 glass of hot milk. Drink at least a glass of the mixture every day.
Almond and Milk:
Almond is always helpful to stay healthy. If you are healthy the chances of getting depression is also low. Make paste form the soak almonds by keeping overnight in the water and crushing them. Add the paste to 1 glass of hot milk and mix them well. Drink the mix liquid every day in the morning.
Amla and Nutmeg:
You need to extract juice from amla by crushing them. Add ½ teaspoon of nutmeg to the 2 teaspoon of amla juice and mix them well. Drink at least once a day.
