Loose motion may be causes due to eating unhealthy food, food poisoning, bacterial infection, stress, indigestion etc. Ayurveda can treat loose motion effectively and without any side effects.
Ayurvedic treatment for loose motion
Pomegranate is known for its effective medicinal property for treating loose motion. It is also good dehydration and anemia. It can be taken as juice or fruits as a whole. Dried peels of pomegranate are also very effective for treating loose motion. It can be crush into powder and taken with curd.
Mustard seeds are known for its anti-bacterial property and are very effective for loose motion. A table spoon of mustard seeds should be soaking in 3 table spoon of water for an hour and consume it.
Lemon is an effective ayurvedic remedy. Lemon juice with salt and sugar should be taken frequently to keep your body hydrated and also relief from loose motion.
Banana is the best home remedy for the treatment of loose motion. It helps soothes upset stomach and stop loose motion.

Papaya is also a very good ayurvedic remedy for loose motion. Raw papaya should be grate and boiled in water and then strain and drink it while it still warm.
